Development
| HRDC established in 1985 |

Program matured slowly and became a fully fledged tertiary level hospital. |

Training and education became part of the work. |

Field follow up program started in 1989 to educate clients and save investment. |

Terre des hommes, the sole donor for 12 years (1985 – 1995) is slowly withdrawing. |

American Himalayan Foundation (AHF) began assisting us to train Professionals. |

Field follow up and home visit programs were strengthened which complement the hospital based activities. |

New Complex built in Adhikari Gaon, Janagal (near Banepa), Kavre District. (Banepa is a valley adjoined to Kathmandu valley in the east) |
